You can expect a comprehensive but fair process, with the structure of each interview dependent on the role. Typically, candidates will attend one or two interviews, which will include competency and technical questions. 

Once a final decision has been made, we aim to confirm the outcome of all interviews as soon as possible. Regardless of the outcome, we are committed to providing constructive feedback on your performance during the process. All those offered employment will receive a thorough induction booklet in advance of starting to ensure they have full details about what to expect.
