We are looking to recruit a Qualified Trade Mark Attorney to join our award winning Trade Mark Team, based in either our London or Nottingham office, on a fixed-term maternity contract for approximately 12-months. Our recruitment focus is on identifying candidates with the potential to grow and succeed as world leading IP professionals. Requirements & The Role

The role involves working with a wide range of clients, managing global portfolios and a variety of contentious and non-contentious proceedings. Ideally you will have experience of a wide range of contentious proceedings including oppositions, cancellation actions, company name disputes and other enforcement matters.

We are seeking to recruit an attorney, qualified for a period of between 1-5 years. The successful candidate should have excellent attention to detail, deliver accurate and clear written and verbal communications, be able to work well within a team, and with a desire to continuously learn and develop professionally.
